They will make sure that you are getting paid what you are worth. They will know how to negotiate on your behalf so that all parties will come out satisfied. A good manager is smart, charismatic, and they know how to handle business. They will stop at nothing to make sure that your success is being achieved the way you are envisioning it to be. They will make sure that you have a good time backing you.
Now if you are wrong about something, or you are going about something the wrong way, a good manager will make sure that they correct you respectfully and get you back on the path. They will sort of be like a parent to you, watching after you and making sure you are doing what you need to do. A good manger will help keep your public image clean. They will be the one to guide you. All you will have to do is sit back and relax and totally focus on your talent that your manager is representing you on. Your manager will handle all the legalities of everything. If someone is trying to cheat you in any way, a good manager will stop at nothing to get justice for you on your behalf. Most of all, in most cases, if you don't get paid, your manager doesn't get paid. What does that mean? It means, that a good manager will definitely see to it that you have what it takes to become a great success and that your talent is unstoppable and they will make sure that they help you achieve your dreams.
